Virtual Author Visit – Ally Sherrick

After exchanging tweets during the Spring term, we were lucky enough to be visited virtually by Black Powder author Ally Sherrick.

As you can see from these photos, the whole class was completely captivated by Ally’s talk!

Each member of Foxes had the opportunity to ask questions, including “Will you be making a film of the book?” and “Do you like chocolate?”.

After the Foxes had said their thank yous and goodbyes, Mrs Leighton carried Ally through school on the Chromebook so that she could show off our fabulous Tudor people. Ally was very impressed!
